Discounts and "Price Breaks" On orders of $350.00 or more, we will give a 10% discount. Minimum Order We have a $30.00 minimum order requirement. You may "mix and match" to meet this requirement. Gold, Silver and Platinum Price Fluctuations Trinity Casting Company does not speculate on precious metals, nor are we large enough to "hedge" on them. Although we will do everything to maintain a stable pricing structure, the price of gold, silver and platinum can rapidly change at any moment. Therefore, our price may change from the listed price without notice. In the event that the market price of gold, silver or platinum jumps 10% or more causing a related increase above our listed price, we will try to contact the owner by email before processing the order. Special Needs Please send us an email for a quote on any special needs: trinity@trinitycasting.com Mold Making The creation of a RTV or Castilda rubber mold is $200.00. This includes the setup and fabrication of the mold and a wax pattern for casting. This mold can be used multiple times in the future for additional casting orders at no additional mold charge! On large quantity orders, this mold making charge may be waived. Also, please contact us at trinity@trinitycasting.com for other information that could waive the mold making charge. Shipping and Handling The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs and these will be added to the invoice. Currently our shipping and handling fee is $8.00. Delivery Times While we will do everything we can to ensure timeliness of delivery, WE WILL NOT GUARANTEE A TWO WEEK TURN AROUND TIME. Because we make many one-of-a-kind or small batched items, delivery times during peak seasons may be longer.
