Our Policy: Trinity Casting Company will not knowingly violate U.S. Copyright law. As artisans, we will respect the intellectual and artistic property of other artisans. ***************************************** Customer Responsibility: It is our goal to keep the artwork and products we offer affordable for everyone. It would be cost prohibitive for Trinity Casting Company to perform a copyright search on every item submitted to the company for duplication or creation. Therefore, by submitting an item to Trinity Casting Company, the entity submitting the item assumes full responsibility for any copyright search and accepts full responsibility and liability for any copyright violation. By submitting a piece of art or intellectual property to Trinity Casting Company, the customer acknowledges the following:
Our policy regarding handling of contested copyrights: If Trinity Casting Company receives notification from an artist or company that a particular piece of art or intellectual property possibly infringes upon their copyright of their own artwork or intellectual property, we will immediately suspend production on that item and suspend public access to that item and notify the customer to contact the artist or company directly. If Trinity Casting Company does not receive notification of agreement or settlement between the two parties within 90 days of the original notification, Trinity Casting Company will eliminate public access to the item and destroy any molds, work-in-process, prototypes, etc. of the disputed item. The customer will be responsible for any costs associated with any uncompleted work performed on the disputed item and any costs associated with the item related to the dispute incurred by Trinity Casting Company.
